Christopher founded Cutting Law Office PC in 2017. For many years, he has been known as an advocate for housing providers in the courtroom, the classroom, and in advocacy work with policymakers.

Brendan Swearengin

Brendan joined our firm in 2023. He worked in lending compliance before joining our firm; Brendan uses this background to take a details-first approach to findings solutions to your landlord-tenant disputes.

Alex Ellis

Alex brings a wide range of legal experience to her practice, including working in both criminal and construction law and served as a Rule 9 Legal Intern with the Housing Justice Project Clinic. Alex joined our firm in 2024.
