Before working at Cutting Law, Brendan worked at Black, Mann, & Graham, LLP, a Texas-based law firm that represents mortgage lenders and financial institutions with preparation of loan documents, regulatory compliance, and loan fulfillment. While there, Brendan reviewed loan documents and trusts for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac compliance.

Brendan graduated from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. He has been admitted to practice in Washington since 2019. He also holds a certificate from the Institute on World Legal Problems from the University of Innsbruck and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Saint Louis University in Missouri.​

When Brendan is not working for legal clients, he is a trainer at a Belltown gym and enjoys spending time with his two dogs, Jags and Vezina.
